Hi my names Shep (mark), I'm a 51 year old originally from South Yorkshire but last 22 years in West Yorkshire. On the outside I'm "usually" a great and funny guy who loves a good chat about life, (married, 4 kids, 6 grandkids. On the inside I'm an heavily tormented individual and actually been suffering roughly since 10 years old with several major traumas throughout my life, Bi-polar and just existing. Too late for my mental health to change but hopefully I can help along with you to make things better.
