Hi my names Shep (mark), I'm a 51 year old originally from South Yorkshire but last 22 years in West Yorkshire. On the outside I'm "usually" a great and funny guy who loves a good chat about life, (married, 4 kids, 6 grandkids. On the inside I'm an heavily tormented individual and actually been suffering roughly since 10 years old with several major traumas throughout my life, Bi-polar and just existing. Too late for my mental health to change but hopefully I can help along with you to change things to the better. I'm going to be interviewing over the coming months and talking to people of all ages and asking them how they cope through their illnesses and what they do to make their wellbeing better and hopefully chat about how the system involved can be made better with more awareness and help.
