JOHN BOTTOMLEY PROFILE
Born a Baby Boomer, I have lived the majority of my life in the Manchester area having worked in seven city centre entertainment and
hotel venues and more in the Greater Manchester Area.
I have also assisted many charitable organisations having been Chairman of Southport Charity Carnival on a number of occasions
and done numerous collections and two long distance Charity walks for the Variety Club of Great Britain.
My travels have taken me around the world including having visited all fifty United States and have written and publicised a book
'Over Easy' in relation to the humour, facts and figures including an Autobiography.
I have a fascinating hobby of creating human, abstract and general images from used postage stamps together with sketching and
creative skills and have had a collection of four hundred vehicle licence plates collected as souvenirs from the world on my many adventures.
Being a carer for my disabled wife and attending the Community Reporters Course at the Carers Forum in Manchester some years ago but
not being fully internet conversant I now strive to become more involved with this media phenomenon.
