Jon talks about his experiences of accessing GP services during the pandemic - and how being able to sort somethings over the phone or video calls has been a very welcome change for him as well as the GP, and how it has saved valuable time for both. But also the limitations of diagnosing physical conditions and the additional time it took to get a face to face appointment for his back pain.
