for me. Ideal. Uh, ideally, public services should be accessible in the truest sense of the word. Uh, time wise, money wise, location wise, uh, should be there when you need it

And not afterwards or very difficult to get. So I use the word accessible to mean literally asked to be there when you need it. Thank you very much
