um well being means being contented and also to look after oneself.
That's what it means to me
and knowing, knowing what we can achieve, what I can achieve and going for it,
because I try not to take on too much
of one thing at a time.
Because when I start something I like to see through,
or else I'd get all upset that I've let people down and
all that so well being come in a lot of different things.
It depends on what comes up
and what affects me at the time. Because it varies.
You know so and well being is like myself and my husband.
You know, we've been married for 46 years, 47 come in, we've got Children
and
I've got nine grandchildren
and I would be lost without them.
I'll be threatened and, you know, feeling really sad.
But I see them all the time, which is fantastic and always cheer me up from a bit down.
You know, the big smile on my face so well,
being his family well being is looking after your health being contented.
Try not to take on too much, you know.
Don't make yourself failed before you even start,
Um,
and I think, as was mentioned I mean, it's having
your mind
emptied.
You know what you can achieve?
You achieve it that you're not rolling over loads of things.
I mean, lots of people, they like to make a list,
and if they don't achieve it, it really upsets them.
And as you know, everything's connected. So if my mind is not right,
then my body
is affected by it and all that. So,
you know, just living happily in,
and if anything goes wrong to try and deal with asbestos, one can.
