PlayStation 2:
As the new generation consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One just came out, I thought to go back in time and show you that the origins of gaming weren’t boring. Maybe the consoles nowadays are better, however the old PlayStation 2 still is a powerful gaming console!
PlayStation 2 may have less memory , however the games are a good quality for you to still feel that tiny taste of realism. I play games like ‘Crash Bandicoot’ and ‘Punisher’ , however you can still play the big classics like Call Of Duty 1,2 and 3, Need For Speed series and Tekken!. The controllers are wired so you don’t need batteries, however you can’t move too far.
PlayStation 2 was great fun, however the game saves were saved on 16MB memory sticks, so if you lost it your gameplay was lost. The controls were responsive and there was split screen to make up for no Multiplayer! Moreover, the great thing is that the console is cheap and the games vary from £10 all the way to £0.10!!!
If you don’t have enough money to pay for these new consoles, revisit the olden days and buy yourself a PS2 for the price of a Xbox One controller!!!
