This video presents the key points and learning from stories gathered about people's experiences of accessing or working in probation services as part of the UK pilot. From the stories we learn about the different contributors to helping personalisation such as understanding people and their needs, reducing stigma and making people feel less judged, and how opportunities to help others is useful in creating a positive sense of self. The video also alludes to some of the challenges to personalisation in probation services, such as changes in the working environment, not being listened to or value and increasing workloads and ICT bureaucracy.
