The ‘User Voice’ stories collected as part of the InnoSI project provide a wide range of insights into people’s lives across Europe and how these relate to social investment programmes and associated policies. The stories not only detail accounts of people’s lived experiences of support provision, projects and initiatives but also the wider contexts of their lives.

From these stories, a key message is that formalised support provision is only part of the solution in enabling people and communities to overcome the challenges that they are encountering. For many, another core component of the solution to community and social issues is peer support networks and social connections. This video brings together a range of people from across Europe talking about this topic.
