The Old Hall was a dominant feature in my life for it was a place where my uncle and his family once worked and lived. And where my grandma did her church work just across the tiny court yard in St Cyprian’s Church ,which once stood in front of the Hall ; with its main door on Taylorson Street. The hall is now the jewel in Salford ‘s crown .It’s been renovated three time’s to my knowledge ,but they will never admit to it.
Yet after so many year,’s it holds myth and magic still to me .
