I recently moved house and have found the whole 'living with strangers' an interesting challenge.

I didn't realise up until now that 'cleanliness' was such a relative term.

I have lived in other houses sure, but they have always been with friends or close family, people I knew before I moved in with them, so any mess was more forgivable. i seem to be getting less patient as I get older.

Don't get me wrong, the guys I live with are lovely, ones a musician and the other's a Pirate Magician (a story for another time methinks...) but the kitchen seems to be permanently messy. And I must have to put empty the big bin every other day, there's only three of us!

A constant criticism I have had is that I'm not tidy enough, I leave stuff around, there's nothing like casting your own stones to think about how you are. I don't think I have ever been tidier! Maybe they are doing me a favour...
