At NCASC (National Children and Adult Social Care Conference) in Bournemouth in 2019 members of the National Coproduction Advisory Group interviewed people about their experiences of receiving information support and advice about things that were really important to them.

This clip is of peoples response to the question 'how do you feel when you have a bad experience of receiving information support and advice about something that is really important to you'

Respondents were a mix of people with lived experience, senior social care managers and directors and people who provide support.

This is one of a series of short clips curating the responses to the interviews.

How does it feel when the experience is good or bad, what contributed to you feeling that way (good or bad) and what would have made a difference.
