GameCube Overview

The GameCube was Nintendos first console to use optical discs for its main storage medium. The discs used are similar to ‘mini dvd’ format, and as a result of their smaller size, the system was not designed to  play standard dvd’s or audio CD’s. Nintendo also introduced a variety of connectivity options for the game cube. It was the first Nintendo console to support online-gaming, a feature that required the use of broadband.

Overall

Personally I think the GameCube was and most certainly is still a great console and I highly recommend to it to anyone looking for a great gaming experience but may have a low budget.
