Filming of DMWS in Scotland is under way. The Forces NewsProduction Team came to visit us at our Ayrshire Veterans Breakfast Club in The Melbourne along with fellow veteran and DMWS officer Emma raising awareness of there charity.
DMWS has been providing emotional and practical support to the HM Armed Forces during times of medical crisis since 1943. Currently DMWS is also a key member of the #UnforgottenForces project run by Poppyscotland to improve the health and wellbeing of older veterans and their families in Scotland.
A massive well done on organising a brilliant morning Emma as it brought an impressive 37 veterans in for breakfast and some good old military style banter!
