The comment about attempting too much too soon was of course bang-on. With proper guidance one doesn't do it; or is less likely to do it anyway. Ken Cooper is brilliant on that aspect of things
Did run today. Skipped the previous one. Been cycling more than normally. Around last October time I thought I didn't have as much time for this (running) so took to on-the-spot running indoors.
The boredom factor works against it. For me, saving time on this is very much false economy
Found that with commenting on indoor weightlifting and such gave a decided spur to my activities there. Like I'd just been given 3 fabulous pep-talks. Well...
