One of the main problems with running is possibly that it's too darned simple. And it's profound what it does. And we can't do it in that we, unwittingly I suppose, make it complex complex, really complicated. I was wondering at my qualification for doing this.
It's that I want to be plain simple about it. And I've failed at it lots of times. And I see those errors being made repeatedly...
Yesterday I was checking over something. The author (really the guy being interviewed) was saying that when he saw writings by knowledgeable people in his field, they always skimmed over important bits. With the end in view that their readers did not end up truly informed and ready to perform what they wanted to learn.
It's something like that in the fitness field
Only thing other to say is that if I put something here 50 times it's not that I've nothing better to do!
And I'm taking up your valuable time when you all want to be out and about huffing puffing and suchlike!
Speak soon. More to say but speak soon
