Well, hello to the City of Cologne. Next to the typical german carnival cologne has one other great attraction.The Dom. It's like the Eiffel Tower of cologne. And one of the main reasons why - daily - so many tourists are wandering through this city. Yes, I have to admit, the Dom is beautiful. But next to the famous church and the belonging Altstadt cologne has to offer so much more. Shamefully these secret locations are just known by the people of cologne, because sometimes they are really hard to find. It includes cute, sympatic little cafe's between old, ordinary buildings. Green parks everywhere and they always come with the vivid laughter of children and jogger in the morning. Vintage-Stores next to high-fashioned Boutiques.
And then, there's Ehrenfeld. The left-rivered dictrict is formally known as multicultured and very youth-full. But it has also secrets, I am going to reveal now. Maybe my love for Ehrenfeld exists, because I live there. But if you love breathtaking streetart, hidden clubs and cafe's, alternative bar's, and creativity and culture itself you will love Ehrenfeld.
