Chiara works in ECEC services for several years. In this video, she describes a journey as a mum instead of professional and the way this has affected her professional growth. At the beginning, she attended birthing and breastfeeding classes, after she went with her daughter to the family- child centre.
She notes that motherhood has changed her way of looking at things and feelings. The emotions and fears experienced as a mother thanks to this new, exciting and unique experience, they will make Chiara feeling more empathetic towards other parents.
