I'm heading off to SMC_MCR at Matt & Phreds in the Northern Quarter tonight. This is a newly launched monthly meet up of people with an interest in Social Media. It starts at 18:00 and runs until 21:00.
Tonight they'll be starting off with a debate about the role that online media played during the recent riots and lootings that shook England. Following that will be an opportunity for networking and to find out what is next on the agenda for SMC_MCR. Should be quite an interesting evening.
