at lower Kers
Am a rereesident at lower Kersal ,and afew minutes walk to the shore/bank of river Ir twell which flows through.It is anice place to go and enjoy verthe cool atmosphere around the river bank and also get chance of meeting other poeple.Howeery ever,the bank space along the bank is vchery risky as there is no fence to prevent little childrveryenand kids playing and goingvery closed to edge and at risk of accidentally slipping into the river.A fence along the bank will be welcome.
