Commonly
referred to as 'Pendleton Church', St Thomas' is part of the Salford
All Saints Team Ministry standing in the modern catholic
tradition, while being faithful to the Book of Common Prayer; vestments
colour, music, ceremonial and dignity are central to our worship.
St Thomas' is a large Grade 2 listed church, sitting prominently
alongside the A6 Broad Street. St Thomas warmly welcomes people from far
and near, including students from the nearby University of Salford. The
church is blessed with a good organ, a small choir, and a group of bell
ringers who ring the church’s 8 bells.
