On a nice autumn late evening ORBIT and WATES had its first fixture and fittings day on October 15th lead by Gemma Mcgill and Chris Carey .
We found out all the walls would be white the front doors sturdy in a range of colours with red, brown and black a good choice made by people.
There will be plenty of storage space with a big walk in cupboard and fuse boxes will be hidden away. The balconies will be a good size with the 1 bedrooms being 5.7metres and the 2 bedrooms getting 7 and a half metres plus all apartments will get a balcony or if not a terrace for the lucky ones on the top floor.
The kitchen oven will be powered by electric apart from the houses which will have both gas and electric the tv ariel connection box will be in the main bedroom and the lounge.
The kitchens will be big powered by a dome light the maple hapton cupboard was favorite choice with residents as was the brown traveltine worktop.
