February 3rd 2014 is World Cancer Day. We would love to hear of any stories you have that might be of interest on this day. Perhaps someone close to you has struggled with the disease? Perhaps you have some feelings about your own journey with cancer? Do you have anything to say about the quality of treatment you or a loved one received? Unfortunately , Cancer affects most of us at some time. I have recently had experience of cancer as my mum has battled two forms of the disease and come through the other side, around two years ago. It was a very testing time for all my family, especially when she was getting treated at Christmas. We spent most of the holiday in the hospital ,it was great to see her recovering by getting involved in lots of activities through her local Catholic Church. She even went on to make a film about the healthy activities she did to get well, see the film posted here below
