~~My name is Djibril Bah-Traore. I am living in Gorton Manchester and working as security guard.

I Would like to be a community reporter because it is the new challenge I would have to take after

having taken part of Radio Journalism Training course. This is the opportunity for me get in contact

with people through interviews or recording them by camera footages. It is also to know about

people's thinking about certain questions regarding the way of living within the society.

As we are living in multi-cultural society, to be a community reporter is to be the ambassador or the

voice of people who could not have the opportunity  talk about  what is going on in their lives to

 politicians or to the media.

Community reporter opportunity will allow me to develop stories, create blogs, write the script and

upload them to the social media. As community reporter, I will have to make sure that all news and

footages are accurate and not hurting peoples feeling. People are living in different conditions and

have different stories to tell, therefore as reporter I will have to choose those stories that have public

interest and can help improve the way of living within the community.

That's what community reporting's all about Djibril.
