When I first started riding my bike my feet kept slipping off the pedals. My Mum and Dad had to tie my feet on to keep them in place. I needed help with the motion of pedalling but once i got going i could pedal for a little while without stopping. 

My bike was also fitted with stablisers to keep the bike steady.

When I was fully grown up I was supplied with a large Trycycle but I felt a bit self concious when I was riding it.

I am now building up my muscles in my legs on the exercise equipment at the gym.

I can now complete a 30 minute session on the exercise bike with a few breaks .

It now appears to be more fluid when I complete each reveloution.
