RESIDENT REPORTER GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS AT THE CIH CONFERENCE

Today the 13th november I ventured out to the CIH housing conference at Raddission Blu hotel at stanstead it was a chilly morning and as i stepped out of my cab i began to get nervous as I was running a workshop with Orbits Services manager Tom Gaskin about Building on line communities and would be talking about Erith park and being a community reporter.
We first had to introduce ourselves by this time the nerves was slowly disappearing we then had a quiz in which the delegate had to answer true or false to various questions on using media tom went on to talk about orbits 2020 vision and showed a 2 minute film showcasing social media used within the orbit organisation it was funny to see alot of my photos and blogs in there.
I then shared my experiences on contributing to the orbit south annd Erith Parks facebook pages and my job as core group member i was then asked about my community reporter training.
We then finished of having a agree/disagree session on experiences of using social media….
