~~My trips to the gym with Matt my youngest nephew.

Matt picks me up on Friday and we go to Worsley Pool.

We spend the first 20 minutes on the exercise bike warm up our muscles.

We then move to the leg press and complete 10 rotations and then have a rest.

We do 5 sets of 10.

We then move on to the bench press and do a similar number of rotations each.

To finish our visits off we do another 20 minutes on the bike.

When I arrive back at home I have a warm shower to relax my muscles.

I usually ache a bit on Saturday’s so I try to keep them free so I can relax. 

This is helping to strengthen my muscles and in the long term will help me with my walking.
