I went to the Bethany Church at Little Hulton with Salford Deaf Blind Group. We had three games of indoor curling this comprises of a target to aim at on the floor and the scoring discs are on castors and you push the discs towards the target hoping to land on the highest score. After having a few practice shots we had a competition men against women. The women won the first set we played but the men came into their own eventually.

We played about four games and then we had Soup, a Turkey Dinner and Christmas Pudding with Custard.

After the lunch we were entertained by the children from the local junior school singing carols.

They were very good and everybody enjoyed the whole day.
