On 12th June ICT held their first certificate giving event.
The event celebrated the achievements of volunteers who have not only given time to volunteer but have also taken time to complete a Level one qualification in volunteering. Salford University have supported ICT to develop the award and continue to act as our internal moderator so we were delighted that Linda Tompkins Acting Director Student Life Directorate kindly agreed to present the awards.
Some of the volunteers had also shared their experiences of volunteering in a short video which was shown during the event.
